Just installed Express 2.70 -
Forerunner 210 returns "There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect" in Express, with a red bar.
Vivosmart returns "Synced" with a green bar.

You probably have a corrupt activity file on the device. Use the FAQ: How do I manually upload data from USB Mass Storage devices to Garmin Connect? Once a file has been successfully uploaded delete it from the device. The file that will not upload are corrupt and should also be deleted. This should restore syncing with the Forerunner 110.
