GE version 4 syncing problems

When I updated to GE v4 my 800 will sync but my 200 won't. I have to click on the unit name to force the 800sync, its not automatic as it was in V3 for both units (200&800). I've tried updating a few times no success (my current version is 4.0.16). Can't update GE on the work PC due to IT restrictions, its still v3 and both units sync automatically there.

Visa versa the 200 will sync with Training Centre but the 800 wont.

Has anybody any ideas :confused:

Have you tried deleting the device from Express then re-adding it?

IM having a similar problem with my Edge 800. The sync progress bar gets to 50% and then it just says "there was an error syncing to Garmin Connect". I have tried a factory reset and deleting all old activities and doing a new test workout with zero success. I liked using GC as it would sync automatically with Strava and MyFitnessPal but it looks like I will have to miss out the middle man and stop using Connect. Poor show Garmin, did you do any testing at all? Is there a way we can roll back to V3?

might try un-installing v4 and installing 3.2
