Problem with 910XT

Ive been having nothing but trouble with the new express, my 910XT no longer syncs. Garmin advised me to uninstall and reinstall and it will solve the problem. in fact what this actually did was cause even more issues, now not only does express freeze up half way through syncing but now so does my 910XT..

Great work Garmin. Absolutely shocking technical support and unacceptable continuous issues, which when you pay so much money for a device, you dont expect such shoddy quality or poor support.

Has anyone found a solution to the problems with express, Garmin tech support are beyond useless..

    I'm really tired of this as well....I have a 910XT - the watch say's "Transferring Data..." great...go to Garmin Connect - last data it's showing is from 3/21st. I tried everything as well. This is ridiculous. I expect this from a nickel & dime watch. Right now, I'll never buy anything GARMIN again.

    Dang it, Garmin! When are we going to have an update or a change that doesn't through everyone for a loop? I'm busy! I work, I train, I have a family, but I don't have hours to spend beating my head against the wall trying to find out why none of my data will upload to Connect with the new Express!

    After jacking with it for two days I'll go home tonight and uninstall Garmin Express, unplug my ANT stick, and start from scratch to see if that works.

    Edit:
    After the uninstall/install Garmin Express finds my ANT plug just like before but now I get this message: "We could not pair this device with Express. Your device should have prompted you to confirm pairing. You must select YES on your device to complete the pairing."

    You guessed it! My 910XT does not ask me to pair it! When it responds at all it says, "transferring data" then it goes back to the original screen. Nothing is sent, nothing it paired, then GE gives the same message again.

    NOW, I've done a Master Reset and you guessed it again!!! They still won't pair.

    Uninstall/install, Master Reset on 910XT. Turn everything off and back on and it worked. Like before give it a minute or so to start upload to connect. That's where a freakin SYNC button comes in handy!

    Of course I lost setting for three sports and data for four days of workouts and one race!
