Garmin Express - Garmin Forerunner 310XT Installation

I've upgraded the version of garmin express and I'm experiencing connecting my garmin forerunner with the new version of garmin express.

Garmin express recognizes my forerunner, but the installation/connection of my forerunner in garmin express stops proceeding after a few minutes. The progression bar stops after proceeding only 5%! I let it running all night and nothing happened!

What can I do? My trainer uses my garmin connect to analyse my trainings and give me a weekly new training plan. So it's very annoying!!!!

    There is a certain issue that sometimes occurs with the 310XT where it will send a corrupt garmindevice.xml to the computer. The only way to stop the watch from sending this corrupt xml is to master reset the device.

    If you have data on the watch that you need to recover first, you should be able to sync with ANT Agent before resetting it. Just make sure to quit Garmin Express by right-clicking the tray icon and choosing Quit prior to using ANT Agent and uninstall ANT Agent when you are finished. Both applications will try to take control of the ANT stick which will cause issues. You may also need to disconnect and reconnect the ANT Stick in between using each application.
