My neighbor just got a new vivofit 2.
She asked me to setup Garmin Connect for her.
The first thing the website said is your OS is not compatible with Garmin Express!!!!!!!
So we could not install GE on her Laptop.
It is a new laptop with windows 8.1 on it.
I had to bring my only working version of GE laptop to her so she could setup her vivofit 2.
She has no problem to get Garmin Connect app to work on her Samsung Tablet.
I think Garmin needs to send their programers back to school.
This is unexceptionable....
Well you lost her as a customer.
She took everything back to the store she got it from got here money back.
In the next day or so she will look into the other trackers on the market.
