When I go to sync my Forerunner 910xt, the watch will begin to sync, stop, and then continue, eventually leading to the error message, "Sorry, we couldn't sync your device, please try again". If I have Garmin Express open, it sometimes tells me to re-authenticate my device and enter my username and password. After doing so, nothing happens, and the data does not appear on Garmin Connect.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Express, disconnecting and reconnecting my device, and hard resetting the device. Nothing seems to work to allow the device to sync properly. Is anyone else having this issue? Not really in the mood to drop $100 to have my 910xt "fixed" which is what support recommends now.
