I use W8.1. I just plugged my Nuvi 2595 into my PC and the Nuvi screen comes on and shows a picture of the device plugged into my PC, but all the PC does is make beeping noises then my Nuvi turns off. I downloaded the latest version of Garmin Express and tried again but got the same results. In the Express display screen it says that my Nuvi 2595 is "Not connected". On that screen I clicked "Continue" and it searches for the device but can't find it. I tried a couple usb ports. Thanks for any replies.
