Garmin Express keeps uploading the same activity but nothing happens....

Hi All,

Garmin connect keeps uploading/syncing the same activity over and over again.But it does not show up on Garmin Connect.

I did only one activity on 29 march, but still Garmin Express sees like 100 of them.... See this pic.:

I'm dying to upload and check this activity since it's a race I attended....

Maybe a corrupted file or anything? I tried to manually find the file. And already found a tool for that, but then I need the activity file witch I can't find. I tried

C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\GarminConnect\Device-UnitID\FIT_TYPE_4 but the folder ProgramData does not contain a folder 'Garmin'...

I've been dealing with this since they put in the 'modern' interface and switched over from ANT to Garmin Express. I have spent countless hours trying to get my workouts to upload. Garmin Connect is in effect my training log, so every time support tells me to clear and factory reset my device I get fed up - I didn't spend hundreds of dollars on a watch only to loose my training data. I have used Garmin Connect to store all my data for 5 years without any trouble, first with my 305 and now with my 310 but I'm sick of this and am moving everything to Strava. Garmin isn't doing anything to make me want to stay with them. The old Garmin Connect worked great for me but at this point unreliable software just doesn't help.

Try deleting any files in: C:\ProgramData\GARMIN\LegacyProxy and see if that doesn't get you taken care of if you have already removed and then paired the device back to Express

If that doesn't work, I would suggest contacting support.
