Express does not recognize the 920xt

Hello,
I connect the garmin 920xt to the computer and Garmin Express does not recognize it. Only 1 of 10 times it recognize it and connects the watch.
I´ve trying reinstall Express, delete the watch from the express and nothing.

The computer recognizes it correctly, but Garmin Express no.


My wife have another 920xt (all updates are applied) and, in your notebook she have the same issue.

Garmin express saying "Forerunner not connected" and the watch are connected an charged!

What could be happening?

    Try deleting the 920XT from Express and Connect then adding it back again.

    I am sorry for the troubles. The 920XT is a mass storage device so the computer should recognize it as a drive. Garmin E:, F:, G: etc.. Please see the FAQ: Why doesn't my computer detect my device when it's in USB Mass Storage Mode? for suggestion on resolving this issue.
