Garmin Express v4.xx not updating golf scorecards from Approach G5

Hi,

Since I installed the versions 4.x from Garmin Express, I'm not able to sync my golf scorecards from Approach G5. They're not seen on Garmin Connect site.

I tried adding/removing the device from Express, re-install the last version 3.70 from Approach, deleting and create again the golf tab on Connect, etc. I can't figure out why my scorecards aren't appearing online.

I now have Express, v4.0.13 (updated today).

This new golf features online aren't working very well.

    I am sorry for the troubles. This issue was identified in Express 4.0.8 but we have not been able to reproduce it in later versions. When you delete the Approach from Express, choose the option to delete it from Garmin Connect as well. Once it is removed add it back and sync it with your Connect account. How many rounds have you played since Feb of 2015?

    I'm going to try this later. I need to sync maybe 4,5 rounds since Feb. I'll post later what happened.

    Hi,

    Followed all the steps you suggested, but still doesn't show my last results. Removed and added the device from Express, but still nothing happens.
    Garmin Express reports sync complete, etc, but can't see no new scorecards since Feb on Garmin Connect.

    Wait new instructions or any idea to solve this.

    This issue should be resolved in a future release of Garmin Express. In the meantime, if you still have one of the older version installers on your computer, possibly in your Downloads folder, uninstall Garmin Express v4 and reinstall the older version. The scorecards should upload properly.

  • For the record I had the same issue with Express 4.0.13. Reverted to 3.2.29 and scorecards transfer now.
    If you don't have an old copy of Express another option that worked was linking watch via bluetooth to Garmin mobile on iPhone.
