New Fenix 3 - Will not connect to PC

Hi,

I use Garmin Express 4.0.11, and whe I try to add the device, it gets stuck on "Reading device information ...".

I have tried on two different PC's same result.

Any suggestions?

I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Express. There is currently a server issue that is preventing devices from being added to Garmin Express. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
