with trouble I can get to the last screen where it shows finishing but it never completes. it gets stuck and nothing happens no matter how long I wait. I just got a new computer and have yet to successfully upload my runs using it.
I am sorry for the troubles. I am looking at the activities in your account. I see the last one from Feb 26, but there is something wrong with all of the activities in your account. They are all less than 30 seconds long and 0.00 distance, plus the dates are inconsistent. This tells me there is an issue with the operation of the 610 or the 610 itself is producing corrupt information. Please sign in to your account through a web browser and click on the Activities menu to see a spread sheet of them. Without any more information I suggest you delete all the activities from your account then master reset the 610 and start over. Make sure you understand saving an activity on the watch itself then do a few test run or cycle activities to make sure the data is correct.
