Express Crashing on Log in Page (Windows 10 Technical Preview)

I've just received my new Garmin Vivoactive and tried installing the Garmin Express software version 4.xxx (something - the latest as of 3/20). After installing and launching, whenever I try to log in, the program crashes (see attached photo). I've searched online for any fix or resolution to no avail.

I'm using Windows 10 Technical Preview (build 9926), which I'm guessing the first answer will be "we don't support Windows 10 (yet)), but really it's almost identical to Win8.1 and I don't know if it is really the issue.

Any ideas or workarounds?
