Garmin Express not runing at start up

I've noticed since the last update my Garmin Express doesn't run int he background when I boot up my Win7 Home edition anymore. I have to manually start the program even though I have the option "Always keep Garmin Express running in the background"
"Automatically launch Garmin Express when a Garmin Device is connected"

Running Version Garmin Express 4.0.8.0 on Win7 Home Edition

Anything I can do to make sure its running in the background like it used to?

You can put a shortcut to Express into the Startup folder.

Strange as mine on Win7 Home Edition is still running in the background as before. I'd try unchecking the run express in background box, reboot your PC and then check it again to see if it takes.

Tried that on both main machine and laptop, still doesn't run in the background ticking and unticking does nothing even after rebooting. Just put it in the startup manually
