Cannot configure forerunner 610 with Garmin Express

In 2012 I could connect my Garmin 610 with Garmin Connect. Suddently, the heart frequuency started to go crazy (I changed the battery in the Garmin booth at the Berlin Marathon fair). Still, it is crazy. Went to the Garmin store in Monterrey Mexico and they told me I needed to download the new software. To do so, I donwloaded the Garmin Express, installed, and it recongized my device, but when configuring it, IT STAYS FROZEN FOREVER and then it goes to time and power saving mode..... and it never connects!!! what can I do?

It appears you travel quite a bit. If you use the same computer please make sure the settings for Time/Date, and TimeZone are correct for your location before trying to add the Forerunner to Express and sync it with your Connect account.
