My Garmin 310xt is not connecting to garmin express via PC/Mobile App

Downloaded Garmin express in PC, trying pairing for my device, but device is not getting detected.
but my friend's garmin 310 xt is getting detected.
also tried with my mobile app, same case
went to settings in my 310xt watch and changed settings to data transfer to yes and pairing to yes but no luck
tried pairing in close range of ANT stick only

is there any problem with my watch?

    The Forerunner 310XT will not pair with a mobile phone since it lacks BLE (Bluetooth). Please see the instructions in the FAQ: What troubleshooting options can I try when my ANT enabled fitness device will not upload data? You might also check the SW version on the ABOUT screen and verify the version is 4.50. With the SW version at 4.50, a Master Reset should resolve communication problems between the ANT stick and the 310XT. If none of these suggestions resolve the problem and you have another watch there that works as it should, the watch in question will need to be replaced. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Procedure to return the Garmin 310-xt watch

    Hi,

    I would like to return the garmin 310-xt watch for full refund.
    I purchased the same from walmart store online-site to store.
    Unfortunately I dont have the receipt for the same.
    I purchased the watch as guest user.

    Kindly help me regarding this.
