How to find log file for training from garmin express to sportracks ??

I use Garmin Express for my 920 and it works fine,
But I am used to analyse training since many years with sporttracks software.

Now suddenly since 2 weeks ago Sporttracks can not find log file from Garmin express
due to the update I guess.. which garmin has done lately.

Have you any idea how or which path I should use when downloading data for my training from
garmin or garmin Express..

I am not shure but the path below maybe is the one but it seems to be mepty !!

Please, advice me ?? :))

Empty

C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Core Update Service\Sync\3897308624\Upload\FIT_TYPE_4
  • That location is for a device other than the 920. The 920 is a mass storage device and activity files are stored in the ACTIVITY folder on the device. The device is mounted as a drive when it is plugged into the cradle. You can then gain access to the activity files and upload to SportTracks. As a matter of course I would recommend emptying the ACTIVITY folder on your Garmin regularly and move the files to a location on your computer where you can store then and back them up. There are methods around to automate this process.
