nuvi Map Installation Problem

I purchase the one time nuvi North Arfrica and Middle East map for my nuvi 56LM (NA Map preloaded). In my Gamin account, the map shows downloaded but not installed. Garmin Express only shows the NA map, not the MENA map. My Gamin account keeps directing me back to Express to manage the map, but since the map does not exist in Express, I am caught in a dew loop.

I have done all the usual actions...deleted and reinstalled my device on Express. Uninstalled and re-installed Express on my pc.

I'm not looking for more of the basic directions (Is your pc turned on? Are you connected to the internet?) I would appreciate real support to resolve this problem and get the map I paid Garmin for that I need now.

Your use of the phrase 'one time' concerns me. That is normally linked to a map update, is that what you've bought? If so and only the NA map was pre-loaded you need to buy the map, not an 'update'.
