garmin express not working

When trying to launch garmin express it comes up with a window from user account control asking if you allow the following program to make changes to this computer and if you say yes then it keeps coming up and if you say no then it comes with 'an unexpected error occurred and garmin express, must close. if you continue to experience this contact garmin customer support.'
I am not able to launch garmin express and would be grateful if someone could help.

right click and select run as administrator..

if you are using a company computer..it may have limits on you to install..you need to call your IT.

I have express launching at startup and that message comes up at that time. In the past, I had it come up multiple times but eventually I noticed that I had multiple map versions installed and that's what was causing it. I uninstalled older maps, and got it down to 1 prompt. At the moment, I have 2 prompts and don't really know why but since I only restart my computer once every few weeks, I'll live with it.

If you Google the error you'll find a permanent solution is to disable user control security on the PC. Of course, that eliminates certain security features that you probably would want to keep.
