servers are unavailable on garmin express

hi
i have a 910xt and 500.
express will find them both but not upload anything as 'servers are unavailble'
this has gone on for an extended period. i
i have restarted computer.
reinstalled express
tried ant +
im on a pc with windows.
what will fix this

What version of Express are you running? Check to see if there are any updates and you are running the latest version of Express. See FAQ: How do I update Garmin Express? Express is currently on 4.0.7 which fixed sync failures for numerous users.

i am running version 4.0.7.
i have reinstalled numerous times

Have you ensured that the date/time/timezone are correct on the computer? If so, I would suggest calling support so they can continue to assist you.
