Express 4.0.7.0 fixed my sync issue

With 4.0.7 I don't seem to be getting the bogus sync error message, but I still get the bogus "software update available for your device" message.

Fr15 with 2.50, Windows 8.1 PC

I don't have the bogus device message....but the "Tool" still have wrong software version...may be it is related.

hopefully ..Garmin will take a look....
as long as it sync..I'm happy...

4.0.7 seems connects better...slightly faster than older versions I used.
