Dezl 560LMT Not recognised by Express

Since the latest update my Dezl 560 doesn't connect to Express......the computer recognises it, it shows as connected to PC on the unit, but Express shows it as "Not Connected".

So it appears in Express but shows as not connected? If so delete it from Express then click on the 'Add device' icon ... does it now find your Dezl?

have removed device from Express, but it still doesnt recognise it when i plug it in.

Windows 8 laptop recognises device correctly but not Express.

I suspect you may have a corrupted GarminDevice.xml file so follow that part of the FAQ first.
