Hi I'm having the same problem, it syncs on my vivofit but the data transfer to my Garmin Connect and shoes as last synced Saturday 9.20am!! Really frustrating as this isn't the first time it's happended!! I don't want to uninstall and start again, so does anyone have any suggestions please? TIA
Are you up to date on Express? Is the date/time/timezone correct on the computer? If they are, I would suggest calling support so we can figure out exactly what is happening.
if I log into Connect.. occasionally... if go to setting page the page is blank and then a small sentence your page moved here..but when you click the "here" link....nothing happened.
Can you elaborate on this latest post? It sounds like you are using a Saved Favorite to access an old connect page. Try going to https://connect.garmin.com. Sign in if prompted, if your already signed in to your account click on the Profile icon on the left and Sign out. Restart your web browser then use the link again and sign in. Clearing your web browser cache would be another step to take if you continue to have trouble.
