Hi,
When I try to update my Nuvi using Express, after connecting the USB cable I get a picture that the Nuvi is connected but it is not detected by my pc. I have reset the unit but nothing, it will hang for hours.
I've tried different pc's, USB slots and cables all to no avail. Any suggestions.
