Problem syncing workout file from Garmin 310xt

I just bought a Garmin 310 a few months ago. I have been able upload all my workout files through Garmin Express without any problems until this one big ride I did Sunday. It tries to sync but comes back with "Sorry we couldn't sync your device. Please try again." I know it can't be the device or the ANT, as I am able to sync the workout files before and after this one. Is it possible this one file is corrupt? Any other way to upload it on my PC? I've tried manual pairing, but doesn't work.

    It is possible that the activity is corrupted. For the Forerunner 310XT, files are copied to the computer before uploading to Garmin Connect. Locate the file on the computer and then try the manual upload. Refer to these FAQs for instructions.

    If the file is corrupted and fails to upload, contact Product Support as they may be able to repair the file so it can be uploaded.
