Problem synching

I am having difficulties syncing data. My activities sync but my daily step count doesn't. This has worked correctly in the past but not during the past few weeks.

    Which device do you have that is having trouble syncing? When was the last time you were able to get the steps to sync properly?

    In order to eliminate as many variables as possible, make sure you are running the latest version of Garmin Express when you sync the device. Here is a link to the Garmin Express download page: Garmin Express
