hi guys ,
im not sure where to post this but here we go,
i have a NUVI 3597LMT and the device works fine and love everything about it except now its stuck on version 4.21 and each time i connect it to either base camp or express it tells me that upgrade 4.60 is available so i go ahead and install it everything goes well the nuvi restarts it self and reconnects and a message on express or basecamp comes up saying that the software has been installed and then its written there that the version is still 4.21 .
i tried express i tried basecamp i tried webupdater i tried everything still doing the same thing i even tried master resetting it and updating and the issue is still there .
any solutions or suggestions ??
