Garmin Express upload to GC not working

Hello Garmin Express Team,
My fitness data has failed to upload correctly since Sunday. On Sunday 2/8/15 I ran 2 races and only one showed up in my GC profile. My swim failed to show up in my GC profile (azbwilcox) yesterday even though it said I synced successfully. I find it very frustrating that Express does not appear to save the fit file on my computer until after it has synced it with GC. So, I used GAA to import the swim from 2/9/15 to my computer, and then tried to manually import the activity to GC which it fails to do so repeatedly. So, I have to assume GC thinks the activity is there, but it is not being displayed. Now, I have my activity from this morning that has been in the "syncing" "waiting to upload..." state for over an hour. One activity!! I tried to do a force send from my 910xt last night to see if that might make my swim show up in GC, and it successfully completed after 6+ hours (10 activities), but my swim is still not there.

I have used GAA for years & I have yet to see a real advantage to using Express over GAA? At least with GAA I knew it would copy the fit file off my watch to my PC before it tried to send it to GC just in case I had to manually send it to GC, I at least knew my data is safe.

I see there is a new version of Express available so I don't know if that is the problem (I had to manually check for this not like Express could tell me that I needed to update), but I fear doing this until my activity from today completes "syncing" or errors out for fear that my device will get out of sync.

Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated as I use my 910xt many times a week & have an important race coming up a week from Saturday.

    Activity files are stored on the computer before they are uploaded to Garmin Connect. All the file locations can be found in our FAQ Where do my activities go on the computer before they are uploaded to Garmin Connect?

    If the activity will not import through ANT Agent, Garmin Express, or manually, then it is probably corrupted. I recommend contacting Product Support and talking to the Fitness Team to see if the file can be repaired so it can be imported.

    The current version of Garmin Express for the PC is 3.2.29. If that is not the version you are running, it can be downloaded from here:

    Thanks for the information about where the files are stored on the computer before upload to GC. I did not see that directory when I looked in the ProgramData subdirectory.

    I do not believe the file is corrupted as it imported into Sporttracks directly, so I believe it is a problem with GC.

    I will try and update to the latest Express when I get home tonight & see if this solves my latest problem with activity uploads taking over an hour.
