Garmin Express issues

I have a Edge 800. Recently it has stopped syncing with Garmin Connect through Garmin Express. I have switched to Classic view and it sees that there is a new activity but gets stuck uploading.

Can anyone suggest a way to resolve this?

The above said, Strava sees the new activity straight away and uploads.
