Garmin Express has stopped working

I have tried to install Garmin Express on my PC running Windows 8.1. However as soon as I try to open the setup file I get the message: Garmin Express has stopped working. How can I get rectify this such that Garmin Express will be able to install and run correctly.

If Garmin Express still fails to install, contact Product Support for further assistance.
