Ant or Manual upload - Forerunner 610

Forerunner 610 Upload Issues

Until yesterday, my ant USB was happily bibbing away every time I plugged it into my PC. Now it has stopped and I cannot upload any data.

Nor can I work out how to upload to Garmin Connect online with the USB charger flex. This method of attaching the 610 to PC does not make the windows two tone noise when plugged in to the PC either, but it does start charging my 610.

Please help, I'm stuck as far as uploading goes.

I am sorry that you are having trouble with our ANT stick. Unfortunately the clip is only designed to charge the device. If the device is not communicating with the ANT stick, first verify that the ANT stick is detected by the computer.

If the ANT Stick is not detected by the computer, you can try plugging the ANT Stick into other USB ports (avoid hubs), and try rebooting the computer. If you have another computer, you can test to see if the device is detected when you plug it into a different computer. If the device is not detected in any USB ports, it will most likely need to be replaced.

If the ANT Stick is detected by the computer but the device is not syncing, please remove the device from Express, restart the computer and add the device again.
