Courses don't sync to 310XT

Hi,

this cursed problem is back, courses will not sync to my 310XT (although it worked 3 weeks ago, when I last tried).
It tries, then the standard yellow error in GE shows, nothing specific.

Course names are short and simple.
Courses that synced in the past - now do not.
I tried re-installing as well as installing on a different PC (both run Win7).
GE 3.2.27.0

    - Did master reset on 310XT
    - Removed device from GE
    - Added it again by pairing and connecting with GC account
    - Removed old course from queue in GC
    - Sent it again by choosing "Send now" from GC
    - Error in GE "We couldn't find your device bla bla"
    - Restarted GE, sent course from GC again

    Now it worked. I sure love going through all of this again. No idea what exactly helped, but well..
