First of all, hi! This is my first ever posting on here. I have had a zumo 550 since it was released and in spite of a couple of glitches, have never felt a need to upgrade or change, however, the latest issue is driving me mad!
I am trying to update from the 2011 UK and European map-set without success. I have had the usual issue of the whole European map-set is too large so I have been selecting regions for my zumo 550 and I am trying to download the whole UK and European map-set to my Windows 7 PC.
Unfortunately, I get an error message for the map region I am trying to upgrade my zumo 550 with and right at the end of trying to download the whole map-set to my PC I get the message as seen in the screen shot.
Are u using the latest version of Garmin Express? U can check this by clicking the little gear top right next to the ?. in the screen that opens click on "check for updates"
