Garmin Express Privacy

I have Garmin Express installed on my computer. When I open it, anyone who uses the computer can then click on "View Data at Garmin Connect" without entering my login data and see my information. How can I stop this?

I understand you have to have Garmin Express installed to sync your device. I don't want this to automatically log in to my activity information without my username/password. I cannot find a way to edit this feature.

Thank you for your help.

Yes, I have. If I open an internet window and go to the Connect site directly, it asks for my login information.

If I open the Garmin Express program, it will automatically login my Connect info. I do not have to enter my username/password. All I have to do is click on "View data at Garmin Connect" and it allows me to see all my info without logging in.

Thanks for your help; it was my first thought also!

Garmin Express is operating as designed. Garmin Express stores the Garmin Connect account credentials in order to upload the data when syncing. Because of this, when clicking the link to view data in Garmin Connect, the credentials are passed and there is no need to sign in again. It is recommended that Garmin Express be installed on a personal computer only, not a public or work computer, in order to maintain privacy.
