I did well, again, read and re-read all instructions and instruction manuals I do not display "sync".
My device is registered on the site, the Garmin Express software with all well everything has.

According to some brief readings, I saw that I was not the only one galérer to synchronize my device.
I do not have a phone compatible with Garmin Express which does not help.

Can I help? Do not hesitate to ask for more information.
I bought this bracelet for use as a watch, maybe use the other functions but considering how I mess ...
Waiting for good news, thank you for reading and see you soon.

(PS : I'm a french and i used google translate)

Have you been able to PAIR the device with the computer using Garmin Express? In order to use vivofit you must first visit connect.garmin.com/vivofit and follow the steps to pair your device with your computer. This will tie your device to Garmin Connect allowing you to sync your data that you collect on a daily basis.

If you are experiencing difficulty pairing the vivofit with your computer, or the device still never shows the word "SYNC", contact Product Support for your region.

    hi Lisa,
First of all thank you for your quick response.
I followed to the letter the startup of the device with the instructions on the site and the software.
Once within 3 meters and connected USB key, the watch displays GOAL PAIR and walking.
When lit, and I support a long time he goes out. When off, and I support it gets stuck on long PAIR. When walking on or GOAL, he returns to PAIR and blocked.
Pressing long for "SYNC" with instructions followed to the rule, I can not.
I'll have the support, thank you Lisa.
