I have installed beta 2.64 and installed Garmin Express 3.2.29. My computer cannot see the device in Garmin Express when I try to launch the program to get started. I have tried to uninstall and reboot and still no luck
The 920XT is a mass storage device so it will show up as a drive when connected to the computer. Connect the 920XT then open the MyComputer or Computer window depending on your OS. The 920XT should be listed as a drive letter E:, F: or G: etc.. The watch face will show the charging symbol. If the computer does not detect the device then there is a hardware issue. Switch USB ports, disconnect all other USB devices. Try another computer to see if it is detected.
