Can't send a course to my device

Hello,

I've managed to import a .gpx file into Garmin Connect and it's now shown as a course. However when I try to send this course via Garmin Express to my 310xt it comes up with an error saying that it cannot sync.

It's syncing all of my activities from my 310xt to Garmin Connect with no problems, it just seems to be an issue doing it the other way around.

Can anybody help please?

    I am sorry to hear about the troubles downloading the course to your Forerunner 310XT. I understand that activities are uploading properly but have you tried removing the device and adding it back? If not, try the troubleshooting in our FAQ What should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client?

    You will need to choose the option to remove the device from Garmin Connect. This does not remove any activities that have already been uploaded from the device to Garmin Connect.

    If those suggestions do not solve the issue, I suggest a master reset of the 310XT. FAQ: How do I master reset my Forerunner 310XT?

    If the course still fails to download, I would then suggest creating a new course in Express to determine if maybe it's an issue with the uploaded course file.

    Finally, if you are still having problems, contact Product Support.
