Can't upload from Garmin 220

Garmin Express simply won't work for me. When I open it I get the Unexpected Error has occurred message and closing that message closes the whole thing. I have tried uploading manually to my account on the website activity dashboard and nothing beyond January 3rd this year will appear. I have records on my device going right up to today 24th but cannot upload them. I have contacted Garmin support to little avail and there doesn't appear to be any word on the website updating the situation. I am sick of this, I paid good money for this device only last May and I would appreciate an urgent reply with a REAL solution.
  • Seems to be a Garmin site issue at the moment, as several other users are having difficulty and experiencing similar issues. Check some of the other threads if you would like to follow along. The site has worked for most of us between the last issue (Jan 3rd) and today.
