My Vivofit stopped syncing a week ago with my laptop, I have updated the Garmin Express but still there is no sync taking place. I've only had the Vivofit since the beginning of January so quite new. Any ideas as concerned will lose all my data.
What version of Garmin Express are you running? The current version is 3.2.28. Are you receiving an error in Garmin Express when it syncs or does it show Sync Complete? What version of Windows are you running? Does Garmin Connect show that the device synced but doesn't show step data?
