Garmin Express is not offering newer year maps to my LMT device?

I have a nuvi 1450LMT registered to my account but Garmin Express is not offering me the newest maps. It says it's a 1450 but doesn't mention LMT (it realizes it online/in myDashboard...). Could that be the problem? I've tried deleting it and re-adding it but still it doesn't seem to realize it's an LMT... I've also tried updating Garmin Express to the latest version.

I have a nüvi 52LM, but Garmin Express just says nüvi 52. So the naming in Express is not the issue. What is the message when you click the "check for updates" link?

What map is on your 1450?

I have looked into your issue and when I viewed your myGarmin account I show a Nuvi 1450 registered. The device that's registered in the account is just a normal 1450 this device is not a 1450LMT. Since this is the case Express will not offer a map update unless a Onetime update or Lifetime updates are purchased. If you would like further information on this you may want to contact Product Support.
