Garmin Express won't run

Using my new cycling Garmin 200 cycle computer and trying to learn how to upload my saved rides, but when I try to Run Garmin Express it fails to load re: "...Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."

I've seen other people solve this problem with the 5 steps involved in searching "services.msc" on my WIN 7 PC and following all the steps. I did this but The Garmin Core Update Service was not among the many listed items. No Garmin item appeared.

As an EDIT: I've got to where the Garmin app is now appearing in the "services.msc"..don't know why I wasn't seeing it there before. But still haven't succeeded ..selecting as instructions indicate but get error for wrong or nonexistent password when I leave password blank as instructions indicate i must do. Although I am selecting the NTAuthority\Local Service as instructed..so still trying.

Any other ideas?

Totally new to Garmin so its probably me.

Well I need to "move-on"..spent quite a bit of time trying to get this to work..frankly can't even type in all the required commands in the correct boxes/pages as instructed regarding "services.msc".
It only gives me about 30 seconds? And my WIN7 machine uses a few different words and search and for some reason doesn't accept all..

Had no idea it was gonna be so difficult to setup Garmin on-line. Wow
