I run the kate voice update and it says its installed, but the next time I run express it says update kate again, even though its the same version number

It is likely that Express is not pulling the updated XML file. Does it happen if you remove and add the device back to Express? What should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client?
thanks for the reply just tried that and its still the same, its fine once you update it and it still connected, but the next to you connect it and run garmin express its there as an update again. have even tried deleting Katie from the voices and letting it reload it , but its still the same after
