Express says "Upload complete", but nothing new in Garmin Connect

I use a 405CX and the latest version of Garmin Express. When I try to sync from the watch to Express everything seems to be ok: The watch connects, the progress bar is increasing, the watch says "Transfer complete", Garmin express says "Sync complete, see you results online". But when I go to my profile, the new activities are not there...
I've also look into the AppData/Roaming/Garmin/history-folder, but no new tcx-files. Nor any new files in progamData/Garmin/GarminExpress/history or ../pendingUpload. I actuyally seached my c-drive for all tcx-files, but could not find the new activities. (directory names are inaccurate, I'm using a computer without express installed while writing this..)

Any suggestions?

    If using Express and the data was transferred successfully the data should be found in the following folder location:
    C:\ProgramData\Garmin\GarminConnect\[Device]\Upload

    Prior to the data being transferred the files are stored in the temporary Sync location here:
    C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Core Update Service\Sync

    If there was any data transferred it should be displayed in one of the above locations. This being said if there's no data at all I would recommend resending the data again by performing a force send. See FAQ: How can I resend my history from my wireless watch to my computer?

    "Force send" fixed the issue..
