Garmin Edge 810 -Cannot Add Device in Garmin Express

I cannot get my new Garmin Edge 810 to get added with Garmin Express. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Express. No luck.

My Garmin 910XT syncs fine.

Any thoughts?

Is the Edge 810 being detected by the computer? If you connect the unit does it go into mass storage mode and can does PC assign a drive letter to it?
