several activities have synced and some have not! Why!

garmin 910xt several runs i did in december ie over christmas will not sync! lucky the history is still on the device not that it helps as i've tried a few things to fix it all have failed

I have tried 2 computers one with the good old garmin connect plug in whcih i never updated as its the only way i can get my garmin FR60 to sync.

I have deleted the device from express and re added
Just updated the latest version of garmin express 3.2.27.0
renamed the folders for the garmin files and re-installed

still device has the files but i can't upload them.

Please help, connect.garmin web page frankly sees nothing when you try a manual upload ie just files of last year.
various activities have uploaded that i have done this year just not eh runs i wanted back in Decemeber
  • Can you attach the oldest activity that won't sync? Might be corrupt. This would cause the upload queue to grow without getting transmitted. Someone here might be able to fix it.

    Also, do you not sync frequently? If not, this can also cause issues. Especially when there is 1 corrupt activity causing several other activities to be hung in your upload queue.
  • You also might use the Settings-->History--Transfer All command on the 910XT. This will send all the activities on the watch to Express again. Only the activities not already uploaded to Connect will upload.
