I own a FR305 which I've synced with Garmin Express in the past without any issues. After updating Express to v3.2.28.0 it shows me the error message, that theis device (my FR305) ist not supported by Garmin Express... what happened? Any help is appreciated...
The Forerunner 305 is still compatible with Garmin Express 3.2.28.0. I believe it may have something to do with the fact that you have two separate accounts and the Forerunner 305 is already associated with one and registered to the other. You added the device to one account is recently as Nov 6th 2014. Have you completely deleted the device from Express and Connect then added it again? I'm not sure to which account the device should be connected to either... my girlfriend used the watch once but I've imported her workout as a TCX file. We've checked my girlfriends account but the FR305 was not in there... Could you please tell me to which account the watch is associated?
That is not information that I can provide on a public forum. You can log into each account then click on the Devices menu on the left. The Devices page will show you which devices are associated with the account. If you need more specific information please contact us by phone.
