vivofit will not sync

Happy to see it's not just my device. I synced when I first woke up around 4 am. Got home from work and tried syncing again at around 3 p.m with no success. I was so proud of my accomplishments today,I was excited to sync and see where I would be for this weeks challenge. Needless to say I am disappointed. Wondering if all this is due to so many getting new devices for Christmas or is this the norm?
  • The Christmas rush is part of the problem. Numerous sites have had issues. An update will be posted once it's all back to normal, though Modern and Classic Connect seem to be working fine here at the moment.

    I can get mine to sync, but the Steps Report has nothing in it since Saturday morning. I have checked the other "Reports" but all of them are blank. Something wrong and about time Garmin got is sorted. No point in having a Report display that does not display any data.

    I am having the same issues with my new vivofit. I had assumed that it was the load on the servers after the Xmas rush. None of my reports are showing any activity since Saturday. A sensible solution to the multiple issues I have seen on the forums would be for Garmin to have a status statement on the Connect dashboard. Any news on MFP calories report showing 0 - or is it the same issue?
