Error code: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Anyone know what this is about, message received trying to open express/connect?

Is it connected with the bigger issues that Garmin are having that is (still) preventing me uploading data?

    I do not believe that this issue is not related to the server problem that we are currently experiencing. I have seen this in Google Chrome before and resolved the issue by just closing the browser and reopening it. If this doesn't work, you can also try clearing the browser cache:
