Garmin Express Installation Problems Win7 64x

Hi,
Garmin Express won't install on my system. I've:
-uninstalled the Windows update that conflicts with it
-Ran as administrator and made a new administrator account to install it
-Tried installing on all 4 separate hard drives I have
-Tried installing on a new out of the box Surface 3
-Used the .NET Framework repairer

And looking through other posts, Garmin doesn't seem to provide any good feedback at all. Are there any solutions that will let me install a program on my computer.
I don't understand how installing an application can be so difficult.

Generally it's not. Your best bet may be to call Product Support. They can remotely look at your setup as it seems you have a problem somewhere ... either on your PC or ISP. If using wifi have you tried cabling directly?

We have just released a new version of Garmin Express to resolve this issue. Any earlier versions of express will no longer install due to changes with the required Microsoft components. You can download the latest version here:
