Just got my wife a brand new 2599, and am trying to update with Express. The problem is, Express is telling me that the 2599 is not compatible with Express.
Anyone else seen this, a quick search yielded no similar results
In reviewing the GarminDevice.xml file, I was able to determine that there was a discrepancy on our database that was causing the issue. I have corrected it and manually registered the device to your myGarmin account. You should now be able to add the device to Garmin Express and update the maps.
